Rapid IT Security Assessment
To conduct a comprehensive security assessment, we first identify assets and key systems to determine risk levels and potential exposures, including analysis of the overall architecture and any compliance requirements. We then perform external and internal network and host scans to determine vulnerabilities. We review configurations on firewalls, routers, and servers to verify service pack levels, OS patch levels, review OS services, and identify weak passwords. Additional efforts can be included to exploit identified weaknesses, including penetration tests and social engineering methods. Finally, we provide a comprehensive report that details exposures and our recommended countermeasures to address areas of risk.
