Jonathan Lee — Executive Chairman
As an entrepreneur, CEO and advisor for 24 years, Mr. Lee has successfully founded and managed four companies as well as served as investor and advisor to various companies. Mr. Lee is currently Chairman of Cendo Group, a management advisory and investment company. He is also Executive Chairman of DMinSite, Opes Advisors, Moyo Group, YourBlinds.com, and B2Binternet (in Korea).
Prior to Cendo Group, Mr. Lee founded Corio, a pioneer in the Application Service Provider (ASP) space. Corio raised $265M of total funding, went public in 2000, and was purchased by IBM Global Services in 2005.
Prior to Corio, Mr. Lee founded DSCI, an IT management outsourcing company, which he sold for an eight figure valuation. In addition, Mr. Lee co-founded and managed two other companies, CMI and Mindscape Software.
Mr. Lee holds an Accounting and Marketing degree from U.C. Berkeley’s School of Business and an Information Management Systems degree from the University of San Francisco.
Mark Richards — President
Mr. Richards leads the Moyo Group team, manages business alliances and works with CEOs and CFOs of venture-backed companies to formulate their IT strategies and create solid foundations for growth.
Mr. Richards has spent 28 years developing and deploying IT strategies and solutions for Silicon Valley companies. Over the last 15 years he served as CIO and IT Director for several rapidly growing companies.
He was a member of the founding management team at Corio (acquired by IBM). As VP of IT Consulting for Corio, he created and managed the CIO Services practice, the Program Office, and led pioneering projects to deliver enterprise applications through the ASP/SaaS model. Prior to that, he was Director of IT Outsourcing for DSCI.
Bill Kim — V.P. Infrastructure and Security Services
Mr. Kim leads Moyo Group’s infrastructure consulting team. He is responsible for the delivery of all IT infrastructure projects and outsourced IT for our clients.
Mr. Kim has designed and deployed IT solutions for more than 15 years. He has served as acting CIO and IT Director for rapidly growing Silicon Valley companies. His expertise includes management of large data center environments and delivery of enterprise business applications (ERP, CRM and ecommerce) in an ASP/SaaS model. He advises clients on the security, performance, scalability and high availability of mission critical systems.
Prior to co-founding Moyo Group, Mr. Kim was a founding member of Corio. Here he led the Technical Services/Systems Engineering Group, and was responsible for the architecture, deployment and automation of enterprise application hosting solutions. Prior to Corio, Mr. Kim managed the Network/Systems Consulting Group at DSCI.
Diane Faria — V.P. Application Services
Ms. Faria leads our Application Services consulting team, and is responsible for all application consulting projects, as well as ongoing support and managed services for our ERP clients.
Ms. Faria has been a hands-on manager and functional expert of ERP system implementations for the past 15 years, and has personally managed the ERP implementations for more than 100 companies. She has experience with multiple tier 1 and tier 2 packages, including Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains), PeopleSoft, Microsoft Dynamics SL (Solomon), and Platinum.
Before co-founding Moyo Group, Ms. Faria was a founding team member of Corio, where she led the development of their rapid implementation methodology and led implementations of PeopleSoft in an ASP environment. Ms. Faria has also led consulting practices in two previous companies, and has held the roles of Controller, Finance Director, and CFO for several emerging and mid-sized businesses.
